In my nearly three decades of experience in the tech industry I worked in multiple countries and domains, and in different sizes of companies from small startups to tech giants. This experience gave me a chance to see the patterns that makes a leader successful and the thoughts and behaviors that may hold them back from reaching their goals.

Coaching has always been a part of my management toolkit, but after witnessing the remarkable transformations and their long lasting impacts ignited by coaching, I established my practice and obtained my certification from the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute.

I am passionate about hearing people's stories and illuminating their blind spots, enabling them to realize their limiting thoughts and behaviors, and assisting them in overcoming those obstacles.
